Scope and Contents
The first page, which is blank, bears two library stamps and two manuscript notes. The two following pages are illuminated in blue and gold, and there is an illuminated heading on folio 7 verso, where the poem begins, the previous pages containing the preface. The writing, 25 lines to a page, divided into four columns, is surrounded by a blue and gilt border, 8½ inches x 5¼ inches. The colophon states that the manuscript was written at Tabriz and finished in the month of Rajab, A.H. 969...
